Jimmy is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed New York State Behavior Analyst. He has been promoting, teaching, and practicing a radical behavioral view of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since the early 1990s. Through the decades, Jimmy has held various positions such as, one-to-one paraprofessional, teacher assistant, ABA therapist, clinical supervisor of education and therapy at the Carbone Clinic, behavior curriculum specialist, and private consultant. He has provided consultation to various schools, homes, and day/residential programs. Jimmy has worked across the lifespan of individuals, as well as numerous diagnoses. He has helped develop many ABA classrooms, curriculums, assessments, protocols, and trainings for parents and professionals. He currently works at a special education school
in New York City that supports students ages 12 though 21 providing behavioral support to students, educators, clinicians, and families. Jimmy’s pedological philosophy is that learning should be focused, functional, and fun! |
